If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to make the exchange or return. Write to us at bcwellnesshome@hotmail.com to inform us of your decision and to process your exchange/refund.
To make such a return or exchange, you must send us the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging and without signs of use to the following address: Bc Wellness Home C/ Pintor Laureano Barrau 3, local B 07840 Santa Eularia des Riu Ibiza (Spain)
You can choose between:
● Refund of the amount paid: you must send us the product in perfect condition. In this case, you will bear the costs of returning the order. Once we receive the package at our facilities and verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
● Exchange for another product: whether it was by mistake when ordering a product or if you have thought better of it and want to exchange the product for another, you will bear the return and new shipping costs.In the event that the product had an amount greater than that returned, you must pay the difference. If, on the other hand, the order is for a lower amount, we will refund the difference.
We advise that you send us the products by certified mail or courier so that we can track the package and ensure that no incidents arise. Once we receive the merchandise, we will check it and if it is in perfect condition and without signs of use, we will proceed to refund the order or exchange the products.
For health reasons, changes or returns will not be accepted on cosmetic products that have been opened or show signs of use, unless they are in poor condition or defective. If you have received an incorrect or defective product, the return and new shipping costs (if any) will be borne by Bc Wellness Home.
Refund: Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities and checks that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been paid.
The refund will be reflected in your account within a period of between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the entity. We will make the refund with the same payment method that you made your purchase.
Have you received the wrong product or is a product missing from your order? If you detect an error in your order, contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours, from receipt of the order, through our email bcwellnesshome@hotmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible. We will take care of picking up the wrong product and you will receive the correct one at no additional cost. Remember that we will not accept an opened/used product. Both the product and the packaging must be in their original and unopened condition.
Have you received a defective/poor condition product in your order? If so, don't worry about anything. Write to our email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will respond as soon as possible so we can collect the defective product and deliver a new one. You must send us a photo by email.
